Mongo is assigned to investigate a brazen theft and travels to Zurich, Switzerland, where wealthy philanthropist Emmet P. Neuberger claims that terrorist and criminal John “Chant” Sinclair has defrauded his charity, the Cornucopia Foundation, of $10 million. Several authorities, including Interpol, are already on the case, but Neuberger wants a private detective to monitor the situation. It soon becomes clear that this is far more than a simple case of embezzlement. As the bodies pile up and suspicion falls on Mongo himself, the detective decides to hunt Chant down on his own.
