The Greene Murder Case focuses on the murders, one by one, of members of the wealthy and controversial Greene family. The family consists of two sons and three daughters, ruled by their mother, a bedridden invalid who spends her days feeling sorry for herself and cursing her ungrateful children. Under her father’s will, the family must live in the Greenes’ mansion. Philo Vance intervenes one evening when one of the Greene family’s daughters is shot and another is wounded.
